My 2 Cents

Spaces: "Positive & Negative" Spaces

Final submission is tomorrow. I am about done with this semester.
I haven't been so serious with school before, but I don't know if my effort will pay off.

Being in a Design course is totally different from what people think it is,
aside from the endless flow of projects, you can't really "study" design,
you don't exactly get graded on your "knowledge" of designing,
it's more of a whole package kinda thing,
from the message, impact, craftsmanship, etc of the design,
to whether the lecturers are drawn to your design,
it's not something you go by the books or facts.

My main concern is with this, there's no such thing as a limit to design.
You don't finish studying it at chapter 6, cause there's no chapters to begin with.
You can't score full marks cause there's nothing to memorize or work out.
And even though you might be really happy with your work,
there's always that someone who surpasses your "limit", cause there really isn't a limit.
And at the end of day, you feel that your effort was just not enough.
