I think UNIT might be interested to know that they missed one way back when.

And I finally saw Planet of the Dead. Awesometastic. Really, really, really good. I do believe RTD is a showman at heart, and you can tell he's warming up his encore.

The Ood called it first, Psych-lady! And the Ood are never wrong. (Aside: they still sing Donna's praises, because that's how we roll, bitches!)

Conclusions:
Yeah, we know his song is ending soon. And for him that might be good. The 10th incarnation was born out of love, of course he can't bear being alone. It's in his makeup to need someone. So I'll bet that Mr Smith's incarnation will be more independent and less romantic. Can has Baker-ness, plz? (sigh. I miss Romana)
The 'knock four times'... you know that rhythm. Tripoli-and. But RTD said they only put in the Hand of the Rani look-alike to give future production teams a chance...
OH FRELL. He's lied to us before, we can't trust him at all! It could totally be the Master! Death never stops him!
... I only want it to be the Master if it's John Simm. Oh dear.

Anyway. Someone asked me what Christina would do with the flying bus. I think the answer is obvious: Have a fantastic life. I mean, what the hell else are you going to do with a flying bus, a taste for adventure, and far too much money?
Or Torchwood will confiscate the bejeezus out of it. Heh. Maybe Jack would hire her. ... Then again, maybe she'd undermine his authority. Perhaps not.
More likely she'll disappear off the face of the fandom and have a mysterious, fantastic, adventurous life. I'm going with that. She's the freakin' criminal Lara Croft, she's got a flying bus with inexhaustible power, what else is she going to do? Not cure global warming, that's for sure.

Concern: What's up with the Doctor? Recommending Martha to UNIT was obvious; she's a doctor, she can handle aliens and crises, she'd get really bored working for the NIH, and he owed her big time. But the bus kids? One will be a mechanic, but they'd both be soldiers. Didn't Davros call him out on that? Didn't Donna? Wasn't there a massive guilt trip and multiple counts of chastising and banishment?
Er. Ref Journey's End for Davros (on the past companions) and The Sontaran Stratagem for Donna (on Martha).
Also, I like how, not having seen a bloody thing of what was happening in London during a wormhole crisis, he called UNIT instead of Torchwood. Did UNIT do anything when the Earth got moved? No. In fact, they gave Martha the Osterhagen key. Hah, he used to have so much mercy indeed!
Not that Torchwood would have been that useful. They've got, what, three people left, a pterodactyl, some pistols, and a half-functioning cyber conversion unit. Scourge of weevils all over Cardiff, but not so much against metal-based wormhole-traveling flying stingrays of ravenous doom.

Done now!

Have a nice day kthxbai!
