An influx of people, yes~? Emotions dripping thickly from the skies like rain.

Reunion brings with it great joy, but also new departures. A meeting always leads to a parting. Certainly very fittingEmbrace old friends while they are still here. Soon they shall be gone, swallowed up by the shadows, and all which is left... ah, but a faint memory

"I'm Mizuno Ami," she corrects him immediately, more for concern over being overheard than a hope of keeping her identity from him, who already knows it.

"Anyway, I'm not afraid." She tosses her head. "There's no reason for me to be."

[ He narrows his eyes at her. So stubborn - he has not forgotten, no. But has she? Therein lies the intriguing aspect. ]

[ In a flash, he's so close to her that their breaths mingle. His eyes bore into her, but the smile - and all its arrogance - does not vanish from his features. The intimacy is not a direct threat as much as a bodily curiosity. His fingers grip her chin, hard. ]

[ He allows her to free herself. Like Elisabeth, Mercury once more believes there is freedom through other means but him. She does not remember the peace he gave her. He will make her remember. Little by little. ]

[ Turning around, his lips curve in a smile. Where will she go? What will she do? He is her only link to the City. This is sweet victory. ]

No one's giving you a choice. I won't let you just take me however you want. I have something else more important to do.
