[Well, the Malnosso have kindly decided to return another victim of mallynapping... unconscious, and lying in a snowdrift just outside the village. Okay, so they weren't so kind after all.

Hopefully some kind soul happens to be out around dawn?]

[And have another set of helping hands, Rune. This one has been looking for you for quite a while in case... well, this happened and you just know she's an early riser. She's going to spot you and dig you out of the snow.]

Rune? Can you hear me? [Said as she's checking to make sure you're breathing and have a pulse.]

[Oh, he's alive and has a pulse, he's just totally out of it thanks to the Malnosso. Rather drugged and well, it's starting to wear off at least. Still, that doesn't mean things are going to be fun.

And he's going to be mumbling something in his sleep that will sound a lot like he's telling Rika to go bother Chaz, definitely makes no sense considering it's been months since he last saw those two.]

[Oh boy, this is going to be interesting. Alys removes her coat and sets it over Rune's shoulders to try and warm him while she attempts to get him to move. She could drag him, but Rune is taller then she is and moving a larger, uncooperative body is very difficult. Instead she's going to keep her hands on his shoulders and try to coax him into awareness.]

Rune, I need you to wake up. We need to get you someplace warm. Try to focus on my voice. Do you know who I am?

[Oh, he totally thinks he's hearing things actually hearing Alys' voice, which is why he's thinking it's Rika.] I'm not dumb, Rika, but why do you sound like Alys? [He's still not fully awake by the way, but if Alys tries to move him, he will cooperate to some degree even in his half awake state.]

[Oh joy, if Rune doesn't remember he's in Luceti, then he probably doesn't remember that little avoided death issue that is ever to awkward. This requires easing into. Alys takes one of Rune's arms and puts it over her shoulder, preparing to help him to the clinic.]

Alright, I'm going to help you up, so don't fight me. [She eases him to his feet.]

Do you remember anything about where you are? Luceti?

[He's in no shape to be fighting her, and well he doesn't exactly want to be.] Where's Luceti? Never heard of such a town.

[Yeah, Alys, you are screwed for now. At least this is going to only be temporary.]

...It's nowhere you'd ever been before or would want to return to after you left. Nice looking on the surface, though.

[What, screwed? Oh no, screwed would be if he pressed the issue of her voice, or became lucid enough to realize the person supporting him is WAAAAY taller then Rika was, or, I suppose, opened his eyes. This is dealable. The general plan is to just keep him talking until he becomes lucid on his own or they get to the clinic and he can rest. She'll wait until he's rested and awake to fill him in on all the stuff he missed.]

[He's not enough there to press the issue. Of course, if Alys really wanted to, she could probably also actually get him talking about all sorts of things.] Then why did we return?

[Oh, don't think the idea hasn't occurred to her, but if she were in Rune's shoes, she wouldn't be happy if someone tried to pull that trick with her, so she's avoiding temptation. For now. The urge to ask if he knows how a certain Motavian elder got her measurements? Yea, it's there.]

We never left in the first place. Not really. Getting into this place is nonconsensual. Getting out? That's the trick.

Try not to worry about it right now. You'll remember it after you've rested. But first we need to get you somewhere warm, alright? Hopefully you weren't lying in the snow for long...
