There's an exhibit in the CCS right now called "This Must Be the Place." I wonder if they are Talking Heads fans. Last semester there was an exhibit called "If it's not love, it's the bomb." I should make friends with these people

I guess it's "trimm trab" here, but, I think they are referring to the "trim tab", and that controls the rudder of a ship. Buckminster Fuller had "call me trim tab" as his epitaph, which is cool.
Buckminster Fuller is a 20th century DaVinci. He invented the geodesic dome (EPCOT has a giant one in the center), the most efficient type of housing, and lots of other innovative devices. For example, a car (called the Dymaxion Car) that got 20MPG, held 16 people, had three wheels, and could turn completely in place, in the 40s. I have some videos on my computer of it. He had a Dymaxion prefab house, too. An interesting person, and, given his major but underappreciated contributions, a good candidate for trim tab of modernity.
