So today, I accomplished something. I went to my advisor and I got the ball rolling on my resignation from Virginia Tech.
That's right, I'm leaving. I'm leaving for a multitude of reasons; basically what it comes down to is I'm miserable, I have no motivation, and I'm wasting my time here. If you want me to get into details, ask me about it. But as of Friday I'm fucking gone; I am going to pack my shit and bid this place fucking adieu. I'll be continuing my education next fall at TCC, then later at ODU. And that's my current plan for higher education. Be disappointed in me if you want; I really think this is for the best.
And now that that's off my chest, I've just got to say it's Single-Awareness day, and I've been drinking, and right now I've got a pretty good buzz going and I'm actually happy. And I just got done having an alcohol-induced water bottle cap fight with my roommate, which might've been the most fun I've ever had. But maybe that's the alcohol talking. Whatever. I'm in a good mood, leave me alone. I'll definitely be sleeping in tomorrow. Goodnight everybody.
