It's obviously been damaged by the fire, light flooding into it from the giant hole in the roof, or what used to be the roof if it hadn't fallen in, bits scattered on the bed and floor. Every step Riza takes makes a small cloud of ash rise up just slightly

[She's moved onto her other bedroom now, her wedding dress draped over an arm, but she sees Edward through the window space.

Well, he looks pretty awful, but she's sure she doesn't look any better.]
