No. It seems to have appeared at midnight. The chances are it's part of the new event. It wouldn't be the first time Adstringendum and another world have collided.

Ah, hello~ Nice meeting you; I'm Trance. Though... 'misplaced' might be a better word. Or visiting, if some theories turn out to be right.

We seem to have been moved to a section of your universe during an explosion, though the two events may not be related past the timing. Our city is called Veles, and most likely the natives here will stay in the city. I talked to Sebastian a little, so I know both of our cities have the similarity of new residents being from other worlds. Most of ours are good people, but... Well, it doesn't always make them nice, and some just seem to cause or attract trouble. As long as you don't approach looking like you're ready for a fight, I don't see most of them moving in for one either.

That is a healthy worry. We want to protect ourselves, possibly as much as they want to protect themselves. I wouldn't take it to paranoid levels, but do stay vigilant, just in case.
