Concerning You
What traits do you have that you think would be helpful in being a shinigami Captain? Getting the job done is a top priority. If it's something important, it's on the top of my list and I'll do whatever I can to finish it! Other than that, I'm flexible with certain issues, I like a variety of people, and I have a decent sense of humor. i don't like seeing my subordinates in a bad mood.
What traits do you have that wouldn't be so helpful? I'm bossy. If people are fucking around, they get a foot up the ass. I don't like it when people are off-task or lazy or something. It's horribly unattractive.
There are three ways to achieve the rank of captain: Pass the captain proficiency test in front of three captains (one being Commander-General), have personal recommendations from 6 captains and gain the approval from at least 3 more, or to defeat a captain in front of 200 witness from the captain's division. Which one would you be most likely do to gain the rank and why? Personal recommendations! I would hope that people notice my traits and find them to be good! I work very hard to get where I am!
Which captain would you not be able to tolerate and why? Probably Shunsui. He's lazy and strange! AND MAYURI WHO IS JUST STRANGE.
Concerning Others
What kind of traits would you want your squad members to have? Work ethic. A sense of humor. And I would like them to simply do what they are told.
What opinion do you want your squad members to have you? I would hope a good one. I would like them to think of me as a very hardworker who wants to see a lot come out of her squad members!
What opinion do you think they'll actually have? I'm a bossy bitch who relly doesn't care too much about her squad members...
