This is tough one, but I think I'm going to say Sun-Sun. She is quiet, doesn't seem to believe in unnecessary words, loyal, smart, powerful, and not the type to go looking for trouble when there is none to be found.

I think overall you're more of a Neliel. You're a friendly person, you believe in keeping an open mind, and more apt to think for yourself than blindly follow orders--something we see Neliel do several times.
Overall, I really think she's a good fit for you.

Gosh, this is hard. I think I'm actually going to say Stark. He seems like a procrastinator, he doesn't pick uneccessary fights, and he's easy-going. So yeah... I pick him for you. ^^

This is a tough one indeed....I see where all 3 votes are coming from and I agree with every vote there...So I gotta say Sun-Sun and Stark then...

At first I thought Stark, but something about the confident way you answered the questions reminds me of Neliel when she was talking to Nnoitra. So my vote is Neliel.
