What traits do you have that you think would be helpful in being a Vice Captain? I'm loyal, almost pathologically honest, creative, and very intelligent
What traits do you have that wouldn't be so helpful? I'm whiny and selfish and kinda lazy
Which do you think is more likely in your situation and why: You qualified for your position based on merit, or the captain brought you on because s/he considers you a valued comrade? Probably the later, though I am sure I would be qualified, I am not very driven and ambitious so I wouldn't aggressively pursue the position on my own.

What kind of traits would you want your Captain to have? Smart, skilled in combat and strategy, with a good sense of humor, and very kind and generous towards his or her lieutenant.

What opinion do you want your squad members to have of you? That I am smart, talented, cool, funny, and very cute... the kind of lieutenant you admire and want to be friends with
In the event, your captain decided to hightail it out of Soul Society and head to Hueco Mundo, how would your opinion of him/her change? Would it change at all? I would be hurt that he or she would keep this from me and not include me in his/her plans. I want my Captain to take me with him/her.
