Intellectual glasses?  Like... Ishida glasses? XD

8D Ah, but you see, Ishida glasses would fall more into the nerdy class of eyewear. There is a very fine (some might even say invisible) distinction between intellectual and nerdy. The difference is this:
- When Ishida Uryuu wears his glasses, people are perfectly comfortable with calling him things like "nerd" and "four-eyes." Uryuu, of course, is in fact a very pretty and attractive boy. This does not help him in the least.
- By contrast, intellectual Grimmjow Jaegerjaques is the type of megane character who does not put up with that sort of name-calling. Meaning that if someone calls him "four-eyes," he will not hesitate to turn that person's "two-eyes" into "black-eyes."

In short, nerdy glasses and intellectual glasses are exactly the same thing, except that people are too terrified of the wearer of the intellectual glasses to call him nerdy. XD
