So Anime USA is quickly approaching. There is a formal ball at the convention on Friday night, and my boyfriend and I are going as formal versions of Grimmjow and Apache. It was hard trying to figure out what they would wear to a formal event...particularly Apache, being that she's a total tomboy. But...this is what we've come up with so far. ( Read more... )

I tell ya what. :)

Iron the dress.. Make sure it's smoothed out when you put it on...

It does look good on you, but the creases/bunched fabric around the stomach/hip/thigh area distracts from the full affect... It isn't a major issue... But it would help.. Just remember to iron out the creases!!!

You guys look awesome! I can't wait for more pictures!

Yeah, I probably should have mentioned that the dress is straight out of the box from China XD! I do plan on ironing it before the actual event.

One thing I am afraid is that it doesn't fit me right and that is why those bunches are happening x_x Which is part of why I am not smiling in the picture. =\ But what can ya do...I think when it's ironed it'll help a lot.

And meh.. It looks form-fitting.. IT doesn't look too small at all!!! IT isn't like you're fat or anything!!! Besides, even anorexic looking girls that wear slim-fitting dresses will have bunching... it just happens with that type of design. :)
