Sometimes, the mods have trouble thinking up new themes every week, which is bad.
But... you guys can help and contribute by giving us some suggestions for the main theme, the lyric theme or the image theme.
So far, the main themes have consisted of one-word phrases that can be interpreted in many different ways so if you have a nifty one-word phrase that you think might make a good theme, let us know!
Lyrics themes include lyrics of any particular song which can be used in an icon. If you want to submit lyrics, try thinking of it's difficulty [or simplicity] for this particular community. For example, the lyrics to Barney Song wouldn't be very befitting or easy to use for an arrancar-themed community. But many different lyrics from many different genres of songs are usable so if you have a particular song you like, then try your luck and submit away!
And finally, image themes. If you find a great picture of your favorite arrancar and think it would make a great icon, then show it to us and we might use your picture for our next image theme. But keep in mind of the picture size and quality. Preferably, it should be a scan with nice, big size with good quality and not a small, grainy picture of a scan. It's pretty much the same idea for anime screencaps.

Banner Maker Applications.
So far, we have 5 banner makers but we could always use more. No experience needed, but you do need to commit to doing your job when it's your turn to make banners. It's best to warn us beforehand if there might be a delay with banners but if you can't that's okay. :)
As for the banners themselves, they should be around 300 x 100 pixels but it's best to keep a constant size with them. As a banner maker, you do have the liberty to ask the winning icon makers what textures & colorings they used for their particular icon.
Now, all banner makers will be put on rotation for each week, so don't worry about being too overloaded.
