hooray!
i'm really excited .... i'm starting nutri systems! they have a vegetarian program, so it's going to work really well i think. the food gets delivered to my house and i don't have to go to meetings. i also have a counselor named laura that i can call or email anytime. it's really cool because online you can set up a profile and talk to other people doing the program - i'm so excited! my mom did nutri systems after she had my sister and she lost 30 lbs in 3 months. i have a long way to go, but i think this is going to work out really well :) yay!!
