Week off
Hello, faithful readers, whoever you are.
So, last night, when I realized that the next installment of Pet Agency was simply not going to be ready in time this week, I decided to pull something "out of the barrel". I began to dig through stories I wrote as a teenager, and found a lot of very emo stuff that will probably never see the light of day unless I totally lose my integrity and decide to write paranormal romance novels. There was one promising story about young children who are stalked by a killer grand piano through the woods in the middle of the night, but it was only in manuscript, and my plans for typing it up tonight were totally wrecked by my roommate's boyfriend showing up at our place with a bottle of wine. At a certain point I resolutely put down my glass, rose to my feet, set off to my room to start typing... And ran straight into a wall before I could get there. Yeah, alcohol does that to me.
So, no post this week, but an extra long and exciting chapter of Pet Agency after Easter. Will Chilli be eaten by foxes or freeze to death in a Siberian blizzard? The only way to find out is to read....
