Hello Roman & Dasha,
Good to see you're hitting the long road.
I don't know much about the newer R1200GS (it looks like the DOHC version you have). I know my R1100GS's every detail but not so much about the newer GS models. I know on older R1200GS you need to carry a spare fuel pump relay, but I'm sure there are some things to look out for so the best if you look check info or ask ADVrider.com or UKGSer.com GS-specialized forums for speciefic info on your GS model, there are many guys who know a lot more about the R1200GS than I do.
Just a note on your route (that you may well be aware of, but just in case): China is very expensive and needs months of paperwork planning before you go (you need goverment escort in separate car for around 500USD per day - this cost can be reduced if you go with many motorcyclists and use only one escort for the whole group)
Other than that it will be sometimes hard but rewarding. Just don't rush and take it easy - travelling slower is actually cheaper.
If you decide to come through Estonia let us know - we'll host you.
Safe roads,
Margus & Kariina
