Easter holidays!!! And some whining..;)
This entry is just going to be a whiny entry, be warned ;)
So since my last entry, I've bought a car which is my first ever car, it's a sweet little red car, only two years old which is cool. Anyways conveniantly my dad's car broke down around about the time I bought my car so basically he has been using my car for the past 3 weeks. I'm not selfish or anything so I was totally down with that but first his clutch was damaged and now his car's gearbox has also gone. Now it's already been about a month since his car broke down,now it's probably going to take another few weeks to fix his car. I just want to drive MY CAR, he's at home when I'm a uni or whatever and when I'm at home, he's at work so basically I'm not driving it. I've driven it a handful of times and I'm just feeling impatient because it took me 5 months to actually buy a car after getting my licence so now I want to just be driving it not waiting another couple of months..
It's currently Easter holidays which is great because it gives me some time to relax although I have like 4 essays due within the next 2 weeks and I've only started on one,whoops. But I'm not too worried, uni is going great, for my last assignment I got a really good mark and I've actually read most of the books this semester which is all great news ;D
Work isn't too bad although we seem to have a new manager in every day. Today I had this guy steal some 'Southern Comfort' which we keep behind the counter. I'd scanned two bottles and put them in a bag waiting for him to pay, he said just wait I'm going to ring my friend and ask him what he wants.I took my eye of for a second and he was running out of the shop with the bag. The twat. What pisses me off is I work for a huge fucking company (Sainsburys) and the asses can't even afford to have a security alarm or even a security guard at the door. Also I was the only staff member in the store whilst the other two were in the back, the policy is there has to be more staff in the shop floor then not. Imagine if he had a gun or a knife or something? Totally risking my life for shit here.
In football news, I guess there isn't much to say, things were great a week ago, we'd beaten Liverpool and were top and looked set to qualify for the CL semis. Since then a lot has changed, we are second, maybe going out of the CL and Rooney is injured. I'm not greedy, at the beginning of the season with Ronaldo and Tevez leaving, I thought it would be difficult to reach our 4th consecutive CL semi or win our 4th consecutive title. So basically I was just going to be happy with the team playing some good football, at least challenging for the title and having a good run in the FA cup.
