at first i stayed away cos its a japanese brand and i didnt want to appear any more otaku than i already am OTL
but the makeup remover is the best i've used so far, and i get the same effect from their $15 facial wash as i do with a particular upmarket brand i used to use, so that kinda sealed it for me (cos i'm one of those anal types that need to have stuff from the same brand for same-time-use).
