My usual bugbear - the systems department
After last week's unscheduled 4 hour loss of all our computer systems, we've just had a memo that a planned 30 minute shutdown is about to occur. We're having a sweepstake as to how long said 30 minute shutdown will actually last, so far nobody's guessed less than an hour and a half :-)
