It bothers me when people try to take credit for stuff I do. Like, my dad keeps saying that if I get into MIT he'll buy himself a BMW, and I'm just sorta like, okay ... It's practically damaging my motivation to succeed because I know that if I DO get into MIT or Harvard or some shit like that, he'll go around bragging about how his influence got me there because that's just how he is. The thought of listening to him brag to his friends about himself because I put forth the effort to do something useful just really really bothers me. But whatever. I'm out.
