Did Christmas ALREADY pass?????

Well i apologize for not updating my journal in such a long time but i have been tied up with my college work and such. As some of you may know, I am having to take up 4 exam papers on monday and tuesday. In addition to that, there is still the planning of the Orientation Night that i am helping out in. So far, preparations have been going well. Sponsorships have been coming forth after our initial slow period a few days ago, planning and accounts are starting to straighten themselves out, and the team is starting to turn their attentions on the event again. I am somewhat relieved to find that the problems we initially had are slowly but surely starting to work out, but as life is so often, as problems are solved, new problems are formed.
An ancient philosopher once said, "Man by nature is a political animal". It is not until recently that i truly understood what he meant.For one who is not as active in anything that involves political tussles in college, I am somewhat appalled to find that even in the voluntary offer of help to organize an event like this, there is still political tussles trying to put blame upon us. Perhaps that is why i was never really keen on politics in the first place. Although i hope that i never have to actively bge involved in political tussles in the future when i start working life, I am not naive enough to believe that there won't be any.I will merely have to learn to face it and (pardon the pun), learn to cover my arse =P
Ah well.... I have to go off now to get some study done. Will post more on what i did in the past few days tomorrow when i have more time online(The cybercafe is closing soon). So i wish all of thee a good night and sweet dreams.
