Its kind of a weird feeling to be back here. I've been at this base twice before. I went past our old barracks today and our old hq building. Its empty bc no one is deploying out of here right now. The post is like a ghost town. The school I'm attending is a real joke. We are barely learning anything other than how to look up the answers for the tests. I'm really pissed that the army dragged me out here for two weeks away from my family to do something that I should be able to do online. Instead, I'm out here bored and detached while poor Stephanie has to do everything for Laine and everything around the house. I really miss them. The one upside is that we aren't restricted to base after class. A couple people I met are talking about going to a movie one night. We will see. In the meantime I just want to get home to my wife and baby ASAP.
