FUMING!
All right so let me lay it down for ya! I scheduled my WHOLE fucking day around this one appointment. Okay?? And I am in the car ON MY WAY THERE, and then the receptionist from the chiropractor called and said, "Hi I am sorry to be calling so late but your Dr. is out with a migrain today and we are going to have to reschedule." GRRRRR! Why the fuck couldn't anyone else have called me by NOW! it is 28 fucking minutes until my appointment I am already DRIVING there. Eli had to run an errand for me because I wouldn't have made it back in enough time to go to my appointment and THEN she calls and says there was no way to call me earlier! Bull shit. They told me that they had to cancel all of the Dr.'s morning appointments and that they were pretty sure that she wouldn't have been able to make it in to her afternoon appointments. IF THEY KNEW THAT THIS MORNING THEN THERE IS ABSOLUTLEY NO REASON THAT THEY COULDN'T HAVE FUCKING CALLED ME TO TELL ME THAT THERE WAS A CHANCE I WOULD HAVE TO RESCHEDULE!!!! No excuse. That is just laziness and makes me not want to go there. She asked me when I could reschedule and I told her that I already planned my day around this appointment...then she said well can you come in at 8:00 tomorrow...the last fucking saturday that i could sleep in for a while! I said NO I need an afternoon timeslot! So I have to go there tomorrow at 12:30 to fill out all of that bullshit paperwork and then have my appointment at 1:00. I am SO MAD! not at the doctor but at the woman on the phone who should have called EARLIER! If not to cancel at least to WARN! Learn PHONE MANNERS people and business ethics!
