.... weight.
I've lost 5 pounds in 5 days.... is that bad? I haven't had much of an appetite lately, so I haven't been eating much. I mean, yea~ I want to lose weight, but I'm wondering if it's bad to lose that much weight in that little time. *shrug* I guess I should be happy, since I've been trying to lose weight for a while, now. I'm actually the weight I wanted to get to. 125 pounds. When I first got to Germany, I was 139. Slowly, somewhat healthily (is that a word??), I got down to 132... a little less than a month ago. Last Sunday, I was 130.... and yesterday/today, I'm 125. I guess I should change my goal to 120, now. I mean, that's REALLY what I'd like to be, but I didn't think trying to lose 20 pounds was very realistic for me, because I've been right around 130-135 the last 4 years. NO idea what happened with the 139 thing, but that was when I decided I need to eat healthier and less junk food.
What the hey~~ I'll just make my new goal 115. That's what I weighed when I graduated high school a little over 5 years ago. :) But I'll take this one step at a time. New goal will be 120, for now. :-P so yea, was it bad to lose 5 pounds in 5 days?
