so tomorrow is my official 'weigh in' day. should i get a digital scale or do you think the one i have now will be sufficient??
it's been almost one week since my lecture.
i cheated 3x this week--Auntie Pasto's alfredo noodles, hot wings from Domino's(they were baked??), and a serving of Baskin Robbin's ice cream. BUT i have cut my coffee intake down way more than i expected(2 cups this week so far!). Not so many carbs, lot's of fruits & veggies...so that is a plus!
What am I expecting? Nothing to be honest. For some reason I feel like I am immune to weight loss at this point. So if I lose one pound or even half of one...yipee! :)
