The hands of time have ticked away seconds, minutes, hours, and even days on my watch. I've watched, witnessed, endured, and lived as events have unfolded. However, the hands only go one way. We can't, no matter how hard we try, turn back time and undo that which has occurred. We can't take back what we said, did, or how we felt. Whether we were happy, hurt, sorrowful, or gleeful.
Do we resolve to strengthen ourselves?
It's all meant to lead us into the new day. As painful as it may be, I've learned that it's not bad unless there's nothing you can draw from it. The only way we can progress though is by not only trusting in ourselves, but trusting in those around and close to us. If you can't take their hand and know they will help you, and you will do the same... I have no response on what to do... I just believe.
Can we trust in ourselves? To step up to our actions. To stand back up, if we fall. To increase our grip, to hold on. To focus our vision, so we don't lose sight. To unblock our ears, so we hear what is said. To open our hearts, to share what we have inside. To return the love and care, which we take from others?
I trust me. Do you?
