Holy Snap Batman

I'm really behind on this. The worst part... I've checked it a couple of times from my last entry with "intentions" or giving an update. Things have been a mixed bag of all sorts in the past couple of weeks. I corrected my issues from my 2nd-to-last post. It was a surprisingly simple diet issue of too much fiber. So my body wasn't having enough time to digest all of the food I was eating. I've also made a few more alterations to my diet which have seemed to help.

My weight is now well over a solid 140lbs and rapidly approaching 150lbs, which as we all know is very exciting for me. I finally fit my work shirts again which so much more of a comforting feeling. The only supplements that I use now are just Complete-Whey by CytoSport and Syntha-6 (slow-release protein) by BSN. Basically to help keep my body fed and allow it to feed around the clock. My cooking skills have gone up a few notches as well.

Work has been keeping my busy but management continued to cut my hours, from fear of over-time, until it finally leveled off at a half-way decent schedule. THE MAN IS HOLDING ME BACK!!! So I still have to schedule swap or pick-up a shift almost every week but it comes out pretty good. It has been helping to pay the bills even though they continue to creep up.

Met a couple of girls. Ignored most of them :-). Still don't like any of them at work (with damn good reason). Very rarely watch TV, except for House... Of course. Try to study I'll be honest... With as far away as I live from work, I do wish sometimes that I had friends out here or it wasn't so hard to get a chance (and actually take it) to hang out with my friends.

What has been cool though is that Matt and I seem to have lunch at least once a week lately. Like back it in the old days for us. He restarted his membership at LifeTime Fitness and hopefully after I'm done with this hellacious routine that I'm on... I change to a routine that he can do as well so that I can actually work-out with him when we go there together. It's not to dog him it's just that I'm in the process of "Hundreds" which actually do require you to have atleast one consecutive year of training before attempting. Mainly because of the biochemical changes that occur in the body as well.

Oh yes... I'm going to Panic! At The Disco!!! Woo-Hoo! Up next to the stage as well. Win!
