Update on the car and other things
I pulled the broken console shroud out of my car last night, and found to my satisfaction that the idiot that stole my stereo broke one of the plugs off the back of it, making the iPod function inoperable. I doubt he'll get much money for it at the pawn shop, with that part broken off. Heh!
I also found a replacement shroud online for around $90, so I ordered that and a few other parts to replace the dented fender from a few months back, plus some other things I'd been putting off. Total cost was a little over $500, which is considerably better than what the body shop wanted to charge me.
In other news, I like ginger snaps.
My rockstar pants came in from Lip Service today! I've been wanting them for a while, but they were always sold out until recently. I was able to recreate that particular shape from one pair of pants I already had, but when I tried to do it again with a pair of pants from Express, the serger ate a big chunk out of one leg, so I had to throw them away. I don't think I'm going to try to fool with expensive pants anymore. Not worth it.
