They're not even trying very hard, now! Today at work, I answered the phone ("You've reached Blinds Unlimited, this is Alvin speaking, how may I help you?") and spoke to a man who, in thickly-accented broken english, wanted to order fifty identical windowblinds to be sent to San Diego using a shipping company he himself owned. Calling his contact number led to a recorded Nextel-operator message.
This stank of fraud.
The kicker: When I asked, he reluctantly gave his name... "Jack Johnson." Riiiight.
