For surface mail, normally they should take no longer than 2 months. According to some of my buyers, it took 6 weeks to get to Australia, and it took 4 weeks to get to England. Though because it is going to be Christmas soon, I don't know if shipping would become even slower though x__x

The EdAl2 is very expensive to begin with, so I can't really cut it further, sorry x__x
With 10% discount, total book price is ($90-$9) $81. Add shipping ($25) shipping to that, plus Paypal fees ($5), makes the total $111.
I have sent an invoice of $111 CAD (slightly cheaper than USD now) to your friend's Paypal address.
