I'm confident that one of the essay is really well written, since that happen to be about the paper I spent the whole Thursday afternoon reading.
As for the other essay, maybe not so well, since I didn't manage to cramp as much into my brain as I wanted on Friday.
I tend to not feel stressed or anything like that DURING the actual examination, unless it's a practical one when I've to do a talk or a lab or something like that. As
shaorankun has witnessed, I've fall asleep for 5 minutes on our ecology midterm before, and that one even had an hour time-constrain (and I failed that midterm, of course.) So, as I was staring at the draft paper trying to figure out what kind of bullshit I can make up for the second essay topic, I started taking out the side of the draft paper (you can rip out the margins of the paper... it's those really old printer paper called dot matrix printer paper) and made two
paper stars out of them unintentionally XD;
And afterwards, I remember about one of the previous midterm where I ripped out a corner of the scrap paper for my gum (what, I don't like keeping tasteless gum in my mouth, and sticking it under the chair is bad), and the prof asked to see the scrap of paper (which I ended up showing him, with my gum in the center of it lol), so when I hand in my essays, I showed the prof the stars, and the conversation went on like so...
Me: Um, I used the side of the paper to make these-
prof: OH! These are so cute!
Me: ............ so I was wondering if I can throw them away on my way out, so that you know, I'm not trying to steal anything from the exam room.
prof: Oh, sure.
=2 minutes later, while I am still putting away my snacks and water and pens at my desk=
prof: Hey, can you show _____ (TA's name, I forgot) the stars you've made? *shows TA* Look! Aren't these so cute? She made them with the margins of the scrap papers!
TA: Oh! I always do that when I was in high school.
prof: Oh you've gotta teach me how to make these!
TA: Yes, certainly!
prof: Ok, thanks. *puts star down*
me: *leaves and throws them away at a nearby trash can*
Um... yeah, that was... weird. XD; Not the kind of conversation you'd expect to hear in an exam room. I originally expected her to comment on how I shouldn't fool around with materials from the final exam, since she's such a serious prof...
But anyway, bottom line is, I know I've passed the course, as mentioned on my last post, that I'd end up with 55% final grade even if I get 0/0 on my final, so yeah, not quite worried about it this time. ^^
