What exactly is this?
The Gayms is a challenge, of sorts. More information is here.
I don't know about committing to eight weeks.
Life sucks on occasion. It gets in the way. We get that. Participation on every challenge isn't required. The bigger the teams, the easier it is to miss a challenge or two, so we hope you still sign up to join a team and participate as much as you can.
Do I have to offer sexual favors to the mods?
Not strictly speaking, but it's appreciated.
