Whatever happens is a sign of who you are. Everything is tied in to this... you are not a separate being from all that is. WHo you are is far greater than you can imagine. Tt is best perhaps expressed as light.. light continues fairly infinitely, so the allegory is good.
Be mindful of the presence of God. Your Creater, your Source is with you, in you, in all the relationships you have. Every amount of love, friendship , joy you have is tied directly to this Source. Do not deny yourswelf the kindness in your heart. If you feel gentleness, it is inspired thus. It is like taking your spiritual medicine. Give a smile, a kind word, you *are* instantly rewarded by connection to love.
You need that more than the ones you just gave a smile or kind word or Blessing to.
Fill your life with this intention: To love, to give freely and with joy... and to recieve with love and with joy.
