Swedich Girls Gone Wild!

Let me summarize for those who can't watch this for whatever reason
2 swedish women (twins) are walking down the center of a 6 lane motorway and were being questioned by police when they just ran into the traffic. One is hit by a car.
They are stopped by the police again
They proceeed to break free and run into traffic AGAIN
One is knocked unconcious by a huge truck, the other is hit by a van, breaking its windshield and deforming its roof.
The one who was hit by the van GETS UP and continues to run across the freeway. She fights with the police and it takes 6 people to restrain her.
Theories:
A. They were on a lot of drugs
B. They were crazy
C. They were looking for John Connor
