the last couple nights i have been feeling beat and going to sleep early. i woke up yesterday morning with a headache and feeling achy. i woke up this morning and my throat is sore and i feel like utter shit. of course, my husband was on-call last night and he is on-call tomorrow so he will be home this afternoon and tonight but then not again until Monday afternoon. i would really like to take a sauna.
