Genetic Echoes
Well the big holiday season is over. Donna flew out yesterday back to the snowy white north. She will be done in the first half April. We are finishing the moving plans and hiring the movers next week. We had a great visit and its hard to let her go but I am counting down the days and it will soon be over.
On another note I ended up flunking my doctors visit my blood pressure was way up over normal and my EKG was also abnormal so I had to go to a cardiologist before we left for vacation. Turns out my heart had been pumping so hard it had strengthened my left ventricle which is, I was told, common with people who have had high blood pressure. So I am now on a mild medication which seems to be doing the trick. Whats funny though is everything else was great my cholesterol was low and all my over stats were in good range. Oh well thanks dad for the lousy blood pressure. ( we now take the exact same medicine talk about a bonding experiance)
I haven't gamed in a while and I miss it. Hopefully our online game picks back up next week and I can get my fix. I need to track some other people down and get a second game going of my old college friends I just need to stop being lazy about it.
Haven't heard from my friends up north lately I'm thinking about giving them a call this weekend and see what is shaking up there. I actually should call a lot of people this break made me feel like I was losing contact with a lot of people. Oh well suck is life.
