Magazines and Subscriptions
For financial aid purposes I need to figure out all of our expenses. I know this is a little bit of an obscure category, but I was making a list. Then I thought, am I normal.... what do other people subscribe/belong to, so I thought I'd ask. So, to what are you subscribed and/or hold membership?
Our current list:
Jefferson County Missouri Northwest Branch Friends of the Library $7.00/year (Renew each May)
Dragoo Family Association $12.00/year (Renew each March)
The Orthodox Word $14/year for students (Renew each Feb.)
DOXA free
The Road to Emmaus $25/year
Mother Earth News $7.96/for this year only
AAA Basic Membership for 1 person $51.00/year (We are paid up until July 1, 2006)
My mother-in-law used to subscribe to Martha Stewart Living and give me her magazines after she read them. Her subscription ended in January and I am already missing my copies. I just don't know if I should resubscribe. Maybe I would if I could get it for very cheap.
Frank, Isaac's dad, also subscribed us to Consumer Reports as part of our Christmas gift. This is really good, but I don't know if I would have subscribed to this on my own. I also get Redbook; I think it was part of some freebie I signed up for. I usually flip through it and give it to my neighbor.
