Buying by the Bushel

Mar 12, 2006 14:39

My priest's wife was talking to me about buying bushels of wheat, etc.  She apparently did this before Y2K.  She said a bushel was like $3.00.  She hasn't run out yet.  She even has a mill to use to and she just uses a sieve to seperate the bran from the flour.  I am really thinking about doing this.  She also said you can buy soy really cheap by the bushel too.  I want to find out how to make my own soy milk or other soy things to eat cheap.  Anyone do this?
