Arlen is an ORIGINAL CHARACTER
He is not a fancharacter and is not associated at all with any fandom. He DOES, however, reference many fandoms and sometimes breaks the 4th wall. Let me know if that's okay.
Arlen is married
But is TOTALLY okay with any sort of romantic/sexual relationship. He and his wife are currently not really seeing eye to eye because of the death of their daughter.
Arlen is a TOTAL DOUCHEBAG
And he will probably not stop being a total douchebag like ever. He will treat your character kindly if he has a reason but he tends to be overly sarcastic and snarky and joke about inappropriate things.
Your character can kill, injure or otherwise harm Arlen
And you don't have to ask my permission beforehand.
