Chinese New Years came and went. And Superbowl too, and some more wild parties! Heata!
Been having a lot of fun. To any I missed saying it to, Gung Hay Fot Choi!
Played some D&D again on superbowl with some younger and older friends and family. That game is truly my favorite past time. Gonna try to start a oriental adventures campaign here at Purdue if anyone is interested.
Also, recently I signed up for a study abroad thing. 2 weeks in Beijing after this semester: May 14-May 28.
Taking a China Business & Economy class for 3 credits and seeing the city n stuff! It's at Beijing University which is supposed to be pretty cool, and Sun Nan said she lived right by there n stuff too. I'm thinking maybe if it's possible to stay a bit xtra, after the class ends (just flying back later), so that I can have more time to learn the language..an extra week or two of full immersion should do it for being able to learn the thing fluently right?
The day before Superbowl we had a wild ass party at my apartment. I mean this thing was the biggest thing I've ever been to, and I was technically kinda hostin it. It was kinda cool 60 or so ppl came n went througout the night, even though I didn't get to get drunk cause I had to give ppl rides throughout parts of the night. But a surprising amount of ppl I met previously came n stuff, which is kinda cool, + I got to weird out our neighbors who were also partying by dressin up like a ninja n attacking them with a bow. But they knew it was me somehow i think cause they returned the arrow like 5 min later.
My sister Sash also got 2 1st place medals in gymnastics like a week ago on CHNS new years day at her gymnastics meet, She is really good at the stuff (she can do like 20 fast backflips in a row)
24 also started, Art's been wking on weekends, I got study tables n Ford dining court for jobs, classes are regular but I got to start spendin a bit more time on studying cause quizes/exams are startin to come up a bit, started Halo 2 a bit here n there, Kessler's tryin to hook up with the girl from "A stranger calls", Arash n me n whoever else gonna try to start one of those old school turn based games like Heroes of Might and Magic, been playin capture the flag at Larp + playin with my $20 bow n arrow from Ohayocon, gonna try to dress up like robin hood maybe and ambush ppl in Wiley forest, watchin a show called "Secret" on the AZN channel that's a feudal swordfightin drama type flick.
