I know The Lady Friend is a little worried, and I'm beginning to wonder if I should be the same about the recent bouts of sudden dizziness I've been having. Drink water. 64 oz a day.

Keep sleeping, but try to move up to 8 or 9 hours a night--you have sleep debt to work off.

And also, go to the damn doctor already. There are millions of Americans living without insurance. You're not one of them.

Seconded. Also, I'd add eating: small portions, but lots of 'em, spread evenly throughout the day. It's good to have consistent regular calories to burn. This used to happen to me: I feel you.
