Viva Escocia!
Scotland's brave band of warrior footballers took to the field last night against the gallant gauchos of Argentina. As happens so often these days, Scotland played valiantly and lost heroically. Meh!
Of much greater interest to me is this poster in a Glasgow pub advertising the match. It's not often you see the Argentine flag, and I think they've done a pretty good job on it. They've got the right shade of blue and although the Sun of May is more of an asterisk, at least they've made a decent effort.
I'm sure if Diego Maradona himself had seen this, it would have brought a tear to an Argentine eye.
