Synopsis: The Doctor, Amy and River have tracked the Byzantium, the ship carrying the last of the Weeping Angels, to the Maze of the Dead on the planet Alfava Metraxis in the 51st century. They join Father Octavian and his clerics to track down and eliminate the last of this horrible race of creatures.
Production Context: This was the first two-parter of Steven Moffat's reign and brought back elements from two of his previous stories - the Weeping Angels and River Song. This story also gave us the first big clue as to what was going on in the story arc of the season as its plot notably features one of the infamous cracks in time.
