reading list

Just a list for my records of books I want to try to read in the future...

Single books by prolific authors are not all listed individually, just the ones my library has and I can access.  Friend-reccomended/mentioned titles are listed whether or not library has them.

Underline - Library has this book or it is on order; Italic - I own this book; ( Read more... )

A story idea, in writer slang. ;-)

there is a really cool website called goodreads.com and you can keep track of what you read and when, and what you want to read etc. I signed up, its pretty cool.
Thought I would pass the site along from one reader to another :)

Cool looking site. Reminds me a bit of LibraryThing, but oriented more to readers than just book owners. Thanks!

kelley armstrong has an other book in the other world series out, called no humans involved. i really like her stuff, but i don't really like elena all that much (especially in broken). have you read any of her online stuff? she got quite a bit up on her webpage, and tis all free.

may i suggest katie mcalister and/or charlaine harris, if you like the anita blake and MJDavidson books. very funny, with a wide range of vamp/demony types.

I actually stopped reading Armstrong because I disliked Elena so much... thanks for the tips on the non Elenas.

Harris is good. I don't care for the Teagarden or Bard series that much, but the Southern Vampire's pretty good. She lives in my hometown (got to support someone nutty enough to move there voluntarily). I'll add McAlister to my list.
