Gah this is a boring rant
One my thesis sections was checked yesterday, aside from picking over the English " which had already been doublechecked by someone else". I was told as my explanations went from two simple to to complex, I think it's because the first ones were in the area of the reviewers expertise, however, it all went into non-Euclidean geometry after that, which they did not like because they could not look at it and then go "oh this is really trivial".
bloody frustrating, and then saying I would need to run it past a professor of pure maths, it's all established theory, it is just from a completely different field. I don't really know what to do, they were saying leave out the equations, but that doesn't make any sense at the case, how did I get the numbers that my methodology uses.
