Bittersweet
Yup, I gots the empty nest. I get teary eyed every now and again.....haven't completely lost it yet, but I know it will come.
Talk about wierd though, I was missing her while I was sittin at my desk at work and thought I would pop over an email to her.....no sooner than I hit send, I get an email from her!!!! LOL. Both one liners......
"Hi Mommy! Hope you are having a great day!"
"Hi there! Even though it's less than 24 hours, I miss you alot!"
We emailed back and forth for the rest of the day.....it's the most we have talked in a week or two.....
I hope it really works out for her.....I want her to succeed!
