For the record, it was no panic attack, I wanted to step out and get some fresh air after a really, really stressful sound check. :-)

So all that rolling up into a fetal ball and screaming ... that was just relaxation, right? And what was with the sheep?

And butsrsly (different from butsecks) ... I liked that you were convincing people at Connor O'Neill to go to the show at the last minute. Good job on that!

dude... thanks for this fantastic review. i think you remembered more of the show than i did... ;)

Yes the delays were due to the complex setup and needing extra time to ring the feedback out of the stage sound. We apologize very much to our guests, as we try like hell to make these things transparent for everyone, but like i said, it wouldn't be a North show without it, i guess. :) As hmasing said, it was a little shaking, how tough it was to get the sound under control, but everyone stayed professional and we got through it, thankfully.

I'm really glad you enjoyed the evening. I got very positive vibes from the other musicians, and i can say that for me personally it was an amazing night. Busy, crazy, yes... but also almost surreal in its warmth. It truly was a family affair, and i'm glad you guys could be part of it.

And yes, let's get you your CDs ASAP!! :D

Yeah, I felt like that was really the only appropriate way to approach the evening. Seeking any sort of personal gain seemed like it would have been very bad form. Even dressing up in that suit was a symbolic gesture (love, celebration, respect) - ask anyone who knows me how often I look like THAT. It was a beautiful night in celebration of North family history, and North to come! What's next? Who knows. Into the wild blue, drowning in sky ...

FYI, the offer -is- still open, without gain-seeking. If anyone from North's extended family wants to hear any of my own CDs, just send an address and I'll put something in the mail for you. I'd rather have you hear it (and perhaps, really dig it) than store it. And the fact is, I don't get to AA nearly as often as I'd like.
