(no subject)
Between work, random people randomly deciding to 1) visit and 2) live at my house, I have had no me time at ALL, meaning my room, study, and washroom is littered with clothing, books from school, essays, random pieces of food items and bits and pieces of paper.
UGH. I'm either pulled out to dinner here, or my students need to change their schedule there or whatever. It's been a nightmare.
On top of that, my mom decided to buy a new desktop computer with VISTA installed. It took me 15 minutes to set up the hardware, and I AM STILL INSTALLING SOFTWARE/CONFIGURING STUFF. It is the single most frustrating piece of ANYTHING I've had the pleasure of getting my hands on. NOTHING IS COMPATIBLE. THE INTERFACE IS NEEDLESSLY FLASHY. NOTHING WORKS. THIS IS RIDICULOUS. I decided to download XP and reformat the drive, so I need to reinstall Azureus on my laptop.
BUT NO, what happened to Azureus? It's now VUZE and decides it wants to install a toolbar on Firefox. NO I SAY, STOP DOING THINGS THAT I HAVEN'T TOLD YOU TO DO. Did Azureus sell out to Vuze or something? I remember I loved it before the name change. GAH.
And now, I need to sleep, because I need to get up at 6 because the bus leaves at 7 for work. ARGHHHHHH.
I HATE YOU VISTA. I REALLY REALLY HATE YOU.
