I love Deadpool, Logan, and Venom. The first Wonder Woman movie was wonderful, as well. And I really enjoyed Watchmen (haven't seen the television series yet, though heard it's fantastic).
I definitely saw a lot of the early 00 superhero movies, that's for sure. I loved how cheesy fun they were.
I'll be honest, I'm not exactly that huge on superhero comics and have become quite fatigued with superhero movies as of late (as in the recent model of them from Disney/Marvel/DCEU lately), however I do like ones that kind of break the mold, so to speak, or ones that aren't taking themselves seriously and know precisely the genre they are, which is to be fun and entertaining and nothing more. I also kind of wish that there was more adaptations of comic book characters that aren't Marvel/DC based, since there are quite a lot out there. For example, I would love an updated Witchblade adaptation (I loved the 2001 show, but it was short-lived). In general I think there should be more variety when it comes to superhero adaptations, be it for movies or television, not everything has to be Marvel or DC related.
Well, I'm quite poorly versed on superhero stuff, so all I know is basically DC and Marvel :( but I totally agree with you. If there's anything special out there that I'm missing out, please let me know.
I also like more the ones that are different, like Deadpool (the movies at least), Wonder Woman and Captain Marvel and some minor ones like Aquaman and Green Lantern (everyone hated the movie but I loved it because Ryan Reynolds and because I like fluffy silly stuff).
